Okay, I got you:
1. Retouch every 10-12 weeks, over processing is a huge problem and if you color your hair use temporary not permanent because that is double troulbe
2. Not tight ponytails and clean combs and brushes after wash and hair rags too. And if you wear hats cut your use as well as no weaves (glued in espically sew-ins cause stress to hair but are a bit better around perm time if you must)
3. Add a multi-vitamin to your diet and eat your fruits and veggies
4. Wash often like every two weeks and get a dandruff shampoo and clarifying shampoo (prevents product bulid up) whenever you need it.
5. Good products:ApHOGEE Shampoo for Damaged Hair is specially formulated for delicate hair, this rich shampoo cleans gently and will not harm perm or color. Essential fatty acids restore sheen and pliability to hair damaged by chemicals and heat. is recommended for everyday use on damage-prone hair. Price: Around $5.50
Elasta QP Shampoo for Relaxed Hair is for relaxed hair, which requires special care. A balance of gentle cleansing and conditioning ingredients leave hair feeling clean and manageable. Price: Around $2.75 for 8 oz.
Elasta QP intense fortifying treatment contains silk protein to fortify and strengthen hair. Intense remoisturizes, softens and makes hair more manageable
after every shampoo. Price: Around $3.00 for 8 oz.
PARNEVU After Shampoo Conditioner is a unique blend of 14 conditioning agent that absorbs quickly into your hair to restore moisture and to improve body, strength and manageability. This vitamin enriched formula penetrates the cuticle and absorbs deep into the hairs cortex to repair damage. Price: Around $3.50
for 12 oz.
6. Moisture (lots of water so do not be afraid to wash once a week) Essentail oils (use natural products and if they are close to the top of ingredients then it is a go but petrolumblocks poors and alcohol ar no gos) like Rosemary for hot oil treatments so it you oil your scalp and ends you will not have to trim split ends as much and only shed not break off hair.
7. Find a good hair dresser in addition to your hair care because they can see your scalp and you can't
Hope I helped! It will work but hair grows about an inch a month so it will take a while so be patient

We are both kind of in the same boat. First off, I don't like Motions products, although many people swear by it. I think they make my hair dry. Nexus is really good, you should use their Shampoo and Conditioner. Most Stylists suggest you stick with one brand for you Shampoo and Conditioner Combo since they often compliment each other.
Another thing is stop using Blue Magic, it's petroleum based and will clog your pores and make hair grow slower. I'd suggest Carrot Oil, Sesame Oil, Olive Oil, or one of the oils like that for moisture. And I'd use a heat protecting defrizing spray. When I spray my hair with Silicon Spray after washing it, it is so much more manageable. Then I put on Carrot Oil or Hot six Oil (I think that's what it's called.
To make your hair grow stay up on getting your hair trimmed, so you don't get split ends and have to get even more cut off. And eat lots of protein and take a multi-vitamin everyday. You can also massage your scalp for a couple of minutes a day, that promotes hair growth. I'd also go to a salon and get relaxers, they do so much better than when we give relaxers to ourselves. My hair never turns out the same when I relax it. Plus the deep conditioning treatments they give you afterward can't be beat.

As a natural chick myself, I would tell ya to try the natural route, but I can understand if you would prefer to stay relaxed. Let a stylist put mizani relaxers on your hair when its time to perm again, to me those are the best ones. I f you can't go to a stylist try lady velvet. Use the same relaxers, don't switch brands.Do not relax the hair that has already been relaxed, that is so important. Roots only!! Even if it looks frizzy, its not, just wash and condition it, rollerset. You will have to be creative for the next part: Use a low amount of heat on your hair for a while(6-8weeks)
Tie it up EVERY nite with a satin scarf.
Try wildgrowth oil, I used it when I was relax and I use it now, truly works wonders.
Don't stress over it, it will grow back, but it will be up to you to stay on track.

I'd now not endorse a perm for your hair. If you wish to have a number of curls then you definitely must try a curling iron. The perm will wreck your hair exceptionally given that you have already got skinny hair.

i'd not recommend a perm on your hair. in case you want to have some curls then you definately might want to attempt a curling iron. The perm will spoil your hair highly because you've already got skinny hair.

hair grows at a genetically predetermined rate, so all you'd do is waste your money. It does grow faster at some times of the year, than at others, but that's genetically predetermined too. Hair growth starts under the scalp where nothing could reach or influence it.

the same thing happened to me. try switching to a children's no lye relaxer. it still gets hair straight but is less damaging, at least to me it was. go to a beauty supply store and pick up aphogee hair treatment to be used every 6 weeks and the shampoo. it really strengthens hair. i use pantene pro-v relaxed and natural conditioner. another thing that helps is virgin hair fertilizer found at black or african beauty supply stores. this helped my hair grow thicker and longer, i hope this helped you

I would take a prenatal vitamin, they're like any other vitamin so it won't hurt you. You can get them over the counter and they make you hair and nails grow.
