Has it not occurred to you that the internet is a global medium? This means that the majority of non brits, as you charmingly call them, are not currently in England, even though they can see the messages that you are typing in England. Technology is truly a wonderful thing is it not? In times gone by you would have had to wear a hat with bells on to let strangers know that you were a clown.
