I don't think he was a nudist. He got drunk one night and passed out naked, and when he came to he realized that one of his sons had saw him in that state. He took his anger out on his grandson when Noah should have been mad himself.

He did not die because he never lived, but yes, according to the myth about him, he did get drunk and passed out nekkid in his tent. It's a good thing nobody took pictures, because he was around 600 years old at the time and can you imagine what THAT must have looked like?? >_<
