lager and lime, lime is very high in vitamin c. but other children may view this as being a bit soft.

Milk but it can get warm so that's kind of gross I buy Capri Sun Roaring Waters is a flavored water in a juice box form so she thinks its juice but it actually has only 9 grams of sugar most juice boxes have between 30 and 40 grams so it's a little better

If their lunchboxes can be kept cool, milk is great- full fat for younger children, semi-skimmed for older. Water is great, but not all kids like it. Diluted pure fruit juice (that is, with no added sugar, and not from concentrates) is also a good choice.

why not make your own juices? It's easy enough with a blender or a juicer - and if you need it a little sweeter - just add a teaspoon of sugar .... I know there are many who will say 'Sugar!' in total surprise .... but if your are carefully watching everything else they're eating, then a teaspoon won't hurt!
By making your own juices you can make your own combinations - why don't you and the kids make some fun of it in the kitchen while you're discovering them!

Water as you dont have to worry about keeping it cool. Sunny D has too much sugar, Dilute juice half juice half water if they dont like plain water better than squash.

water is the best drink, 100% fruit juice is ok but obviously 10x better than soda and milk is for babies.
