Check the NZ immigration website (see below). I think it's pretty tough, though, as immigration works on a points system, meaning you really need to be working to get enough points - otherwise you're not really contributing anything to the country, I guess.

Britain and NZ have a reciprocal deal regarding pensions. Contact NZ House in London to check that you're allowed to settle in NZ, and they'll also tell you how to go about applying.
