Sounds like a hiatus hernia, where a gap in the muscle wall allows some coils of the intestine to push through. Please see a doctor as soon as possible as it can become trapped.

Hernia's will do that, also u could have an obstruction in the intestine which makes a lumps appear. Go to the doctor right away.
