A lot of things can cause nausea: Ulcers, acid reflux disease, malnutrition, dehydration, and assorted bacteria and viruses are among them.

Since you've said this has progressed from a once-in-a-while thing to almost every day, you might want to have a doctor see what's going on.

Good luck!

Nausea can be caused by many, many things... Here's a short list that may help you: acid reflux, overeating, dehydration, eating too many fatty and oily foods, stomach ulcer, Celiac Disease (www.celiac.com), too much caffeine, stress, hormone imbalances... You're best to go to your doctor and ask. Do you have any other symptoms? If so, you can use the Mayo Clinic's symptom checker.

Lots of things can cause it-even stress.
Eat a few white tic tacs when you feel nauseous, it will help settle your stomach. Mint is a natural settler.

Good luck

A liver that is not functioning appropriately can be the culprit.
