You can't always do it especially if you are on an adobe page. I would recommend minimizing a word page then highlight the desired area of your screen a section at a time and using the control "C" command, then bringing up your word page from the minimize and pasting it (control V). Then use the save as function from the file section of your tool bar at the top of the screen. If it is too big you may have to make small highlighted sections and move your word page's cursor down a couple of enters each section. Then go back and delete or back space out the gaps.

Screen capture or screen shot is fairly simple. Hold down the ctrl key and press Print Screen at the top of your keyboard. Open Notepad or Wordpad, or Word if you have it, then click on Edit and Paste. Your screen shot will be shown there. You can then print it, save it or, do whatever you want with it.

Hit Ctrl+PrtSc to copy the screen to the clipboard. If you are using a laptop you may have to hit the Fn key as the first key in the above mentioned key combination.

Open MS Paint (found in Start, All Programs, Accessories, Paint. Click on Edit and click on Paste. This will drop the chosen image into paint. You can make changes to it there if you like. You can also save it as a .bmp (bitmap image) or a compressed image (.jpeg or .jpg) like a photo.

You can also drop it into, or import it into MS Word or MS Excel or use it in MS Powerpoint.

Good luck.

If I understand your question, there is a "print screen" button on your keyboard. It captures what is on your screen. It places the picture on your clipboard. Simply paste (Ctrl+v).
