yes, but you will most likely need a program like Nero to burn them. also, they will n ot play on most CD players, but will play on most DVD players. the best use i have found for putting music onto a DVD is for either backup, or to share a lagre part of your collection with a friend. you could probably fit around 1000 large songs on one disc depending on the size of the files.

Yes, and in much the same way as a CD except more space, and you can have directories, or load the whole lot and let it play for several days to a week.
