i dont need to lose a lot of weight, maybe 10-15lbs, but i'd rather just tighten up and keep some curves (i'm only 135lbs so no fat jokes). i'm just looking for a fun exersize to try being that i cant afford a gym and its below freezing out so i'm not going out there to run/walk. and i thought maybe my bf would get a kick out of me trying to do the work out, he laughed his *** off when i tried to do a belly dancing one that was a little too advanced.
so. has anyone tried or seen the Carmen Electra's Aerobic Striptease Collection - Carmen's Fitness Collection? any comments are welcome.
