I have an ache in my right shoulder that comes and goes spreading down to my hand so that it loses strenght and I cant grip anything properly this is also happening with my left hand. Im 15 weeks pregnant, would it be something to do with this?

Go to your Doctor ASAP.
Then, if all is ok. Go to a certified pre/perinatal massage therapist.

It sounds like you are pinching a nerve in your back. See your OB/GYN and get a referral for physical therapy before you get so big you have real back issues.
