I started taking the diet supplement, Hoodia Gordonii. I was wandering if anyone has taken it and if so, did you get good results from it or any results at all? I've read success stories, but I wanted to hear from someone that wasn't trying to sell the product.

Hoodia is nothing but the latest fat herbal supplement. it has next to zero medical research behind it. it has a mild effect as an appetite suppressant with no known effect on lipolysis (fat loss).

don't waste your money on that garbage...

Hoodia is tremendously valueless, its problem-free, yet for a lengthy time period there have been various questions an afternoon about it, then for months there has been no longer something. i believe that is because maximum dieters, who imagine they could magically cheat the body into dropping weight, tried it and positioned it ineffective, so the questions dried up. The life like dieters among us understand there is in common words one kit that stands any probability of operating, eat a lot less energy and do more effective workout. This for sure desires to be a LIFELONG dedication, no longer a 5 day ask your self!

I tried it. It didnt do anything. If you want to lose weight, just stay between 1200-1500 calories per day. Watch every calorie in foods and drinks. I gave up soda and started drinking water and could notice weight loss right away.
