a previous question on habitual lying reminded me that a habit is formed by repeating it 40 consecutive days...but sudenly i'm not sure. When is does something considered a habit? (is it same as addiction...? or is addiction a cause or an effect of habit?) Is there a scientific study to prove this?

For me, usually its 30 Days...

Simple things i've routined so far is:

Brushing Teeth
Making Food
Showering
Taking Medication

and BOY that is hard when you are off your medication!

It's all a matter of telling yourself you can do this, and/or you HAVE to do this.

No, addiction is when you cant STOP doing it, like alcohol or drugs.

bodily the greater you do it the fewer rigidity it is going to likely be on you. Psychologically? as much as you. Do you experience love it is something you ought to do? Do you experience scrawny? fat? in case you have made the dedication then carry on with it. After a month it is going to not experience like a chore.
