Duval shot a 59 in the final round of the 1999 Bob Hope Chrysler Classic on the Palmer Course at PGA West in La Quinta, California. Only two other golfers in PGA your history have shot 59s. On June 10, 1977, Al Geiberger did it in the second round of the Danny Thomas Memphis Classic at the Colonial Country Club in Memphis, Tennessee. Chip Beck shot a round of 59 during the third round of the 1991 Las Vegas Invitational on the Sunrise Golf Club in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Annika Sorenstam also shot 59 in an LPGA tournament, in addition to the 3 59's shot on the PGA Tour (Geiberger, Beck, Duval).
Mickelson shot 59 in an unofficial event.
Shigeki Maruyama shot 58 in a qualifying round for the US Open (so that is also an unofficial event).

I believe tiger may have gone -16 but dont get mad if im wrong this is more of a guess but i do remember seeing this on ESPN once
