I need simple strategies, with at home workouts (if any). Also, the food should be simple. I'm a great cook, but am terrible at following recipes. It would be easier if someone could spell out simple recipes, or tell me what to leave out...or what to add in. Please, SERIOUS ANSWERS ONLY. I need help. Thanks!

You should not want to lose 10 LBS in a week. Because you may weigh less but you still will have a very heavy layer of skin around your body. If you loose weight to fast then your skin ( an organ) does not have enough time to snap back into place. and you are left with about 3LBS of skin that won't go away. And you have to have cosmetic surgery to get it fixed. So loosing wieght should be done gradualy and not fast. And plus loosign that much weight is not health for your in that short amount of time. Cut back on fast foods don't cut them out because you need to have that unhealthyness every now and then. Also eat more fruits and veggies raw. because it keep almost all of the nurtients that it starts off with. The more veggies and fruits you eat the fuller you get and the less calories you consume. But you just can't diet along. You must exercise. Drink a fruit smoothie before working out at about 5:30 am. You should do this because the earlier you work out the more energized through the day you will be. You should run about 2-4 miles a day. Not a one time but a day. And also go out to a club or something and have a limit of 2 drinks and get on the dance floor. This also will burn calories. Eating ice is also good for you. On a hot day you cool your body off and also you will burn calories because you body has to heat up the ice. But in order to loos a pound you have to eat a few thousand pounds of ice. And that is not good for you. Well i hope that this helps you out on your quest on feeling better about your self and remember ROME WASN"T BUILT IN A DAY AND NEITHER WAS THE EARTH. God took 6 day and you might have to take months but you will eventually get there. Just keep your eyes on the prize ( your health) and you make it.

Wow ..very bad for your system. The healthy way to loose wight is 1.2 - 2lbs a week. You cant shock your system by loosing huge weight. You will gain it all back, loosing weight has better results when it is done during a x amount of time. In your case 10 lbs isn't much you should be looking at at least a month to loose that.
Start with eating fruits and veggies cut down all unnecessary sugars ( such as chocolate and candy ) cut down on bread and pasta, stick with rice instead. Drink tons of water and at least one cup of milk a day. Stick with tuna, any fish really and chicken. Eat peanut butter when you have a craving. Replace cereals with yogurt and granola. YOU COULD DO IT WITH WILL POWER.!!!!! DON'T GIVE UP
Go walk outside after your meals..just 30 minutes(that's all it takes), bring water. Do abs and leg lunges. So will feel much better. GOOD LUCK

This won't be hard at all. However it will take nine days to lose 12 pounds without the use of diet pills , or starving yourself. For the next nine days you will eat no meat, whit potates,cheeese, white rice, nuts, all sodas, cookies, chips, juice, pizza, fish. All you can have is veggstables(excluding avacadoes), egg whites(4 a day),2 cups of brown rice a day, beans(excluding baked), all fruits, water, low fat yougurt,tofu, and 2 cups odf low cal milk a day.

This diet is called the FATSMASH DIET(A.K.A THE CELEBRITY FIT CLUB DIET). It really does work. I've tried it.

It depends on your current condition so can't be too specific. A week of no sugar added juices might do it. I'll always recommend the Sacred Heart Diet. As with any diet you'll mostly just loose water the first week. Firming your abs will do better for your appearance in a week than just loosing the water.

I believe one of the main things with anyone's diet is portion amount. Eat a healthy breakfast (eggs, toast, bran cereal) have a mid-morning snack, sensible lunch, mid-afternoon snack, sensible supper, and an evening snack. You should know what's sensible and what's not. Most people don't eat breakfast and eat like a pig for lunch and supper.

As far as excercise, cardio. Walking and jogging. If you're not into the jogging, walking is better than nothing. There are endless sites to provide tips for weight loss and maintaing it. Along with food ideas. Protein and fiber are important, imo.

1) drink a sip of water between each bite of food, and drink lots of water throughout the day
2) celery - the negative calorie food
3) pickles - but lots of sodium is the draw back
4) chicken broth
5) protein shakes (make sure not too many calories)
6) no alcohol, fast food, and if salads then lemon juice for dressing
7) lean meat and veggies (turkey, lots of fish)
10) egg whites without the yolks, fried with no oil

that is healthiest to lose 2 to three pounds a week so this would not somewhat b best for you. because you already are doing an staggering workout for dropping weight in basic terms run more effective on a on a daily basis foundation. it would want to correctly be performed even though it likely would not b weight lose that could want to stay with you, kinda like your water weight.

You can. It is not safe though.. Bring you calorie intact down to 1000 a day.. Drink plenty of water and eat at least 5 - 6 small meals a day to keep your metabolism going.

Juice fasting, The Master Cleanse is supposed to work the best. It is 2Tablespoons lemon juice, 2 Tablespoons of maple syrup,a pinch of cayenne pepper, mixed in a glass of water.

Just stay under 1200 calories. Eat and drink whatever, but stay under 1200.
