okay, no ingredients? that can be tricky.. do you have a can of 'cream of mushroom' soup? if so you're saved! (if not im sorry) but if you do heres what you need to do: place your chicken in a baking dish (no need to grease it) and pour the soup over it (DO NOT follow the directions on the soup can, instead mix the soup with milk only using half the suggested amount) and add a little pepper for taste. (a good side dish is mashed potato and you can use the soup as gravy) preheat your oven to 350 and bake for 40-55 mins. the chicken is done when you cut it in the middle and the juices are clear. if you dont have the cream of mushroom soup, you can simply rub the chicken with salt and pepper (garlic powder and onion powder are good to add also if you have them already, if not its okay to go without them) and bake. good luck, i hope you enjoy!

Here's one I like: set some white rice to cooking. While that's happening (about twenty minutes), dice up some chicken breasts and toss them in a large deep frying pan with a little oil (if you have a spicy oil, all the better). While the chicken is cooking, chop up some jalapenos (or just use the pre-sliced variety in the jar). When the chicken is done, toss in the jalapenos and a can of whole kernel corn and some chopped up onion. Stir all that up, then pour the cooked rice on top of the chicken and stir everything together. Season to taste (garlic powder, pepper, etc.). You don't need any sauce--the juices will work just fine. Even better the next day!

I like the sound of some of these recipes. Will try a couple myself! Hope this is in time for your supper tonight but, if not, try it some other time. I can guarantee it is quick, easy and delicious.
Use -
1 medium/large onion, finely chopped
12 or so medium mushrooms, quartered or sliced
(Optional) medium/large pepper, any colour, chopped
1 chicken breast per person, skin & bone removed
Salt, pepper, paprika
1/2 cup white wine (or chicken stock or apple juice)
6 or so dessertspoons of creme fraiche/sour cream
(Optional) parsley/coriander, chopped
Here's what to do -
Heat the onion, mushrooms & pepper over a high heat in a big, dry, shallow pan, stirring regularly for about five minutes.
Cut the chicken into strips or cubes.
Add chicken to the pan and give it a good stir.
Season with salt & pepper and sprinkle a few good pinches of paprika all over the chicken and veggies.
Stir again.
Add the wine (or whatever liquid you chose)
Lower the heat to simmer.
Cover the pan.
After about six minutes, test that the meat is cooked.
If so, bring the heat up to high again.
Pour in the creme fraiche/sour cream
Stir gently & allow to bubble for a minute or so.
Scatter the parsley/coriander over the food. (optional)
Eat this with anything you like - rice rocks, tagliatelle is tops, potatoes in any form are perfect. Plus, of course, some nice veggies on the side.
Enjoy...

My two favorites are either chicken marinated in Italian dressing or chicken with rice and cream of mushroom soup. Both are super easy and don't really require many ingredients.
Just take the chicken and throw it in a pan and cover the pieces with italian dressing. I usually sprinkle it with some garlic too. Let it sit as long as you can then either bake or grill it. Obviously grilling is going to give you more flavor.
For the mushroom and rice chicken just look on a can of Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup for the exact recipe. Its fairly easy though, add chicken, soup, milk, rice and maybe some paprika and salt/pepper. Then bake until the chicken is done.
Good luck!

1 teaspoon cumin (you can leave this out if you want)
1/2 tablespoon of finely chopped Cilantro

1 teaspoon salt and pepper
1. Mix the first 5 ingredients (which make up your marinade) together and set aside.
2. Rub the chicken with salt and pepper all over.
3. Place chicken in the marinade (make sure pieces are evenly coated) and let it sit for 10 minutes.
4. Grill chicken on an indoor electric grill 6 to 7 minutes on each side or pan fry over medium high heat in a large nonstick skillet uncovered 6 minutes per side.
5. Cut chicken at angle and place on a crusty roll topped with sliced red onion, lettuce, tomato, sliced avocado, and compliment with salsa verde.
