well let's see...if you FEEL a barrel it will stay the same as it was when you started FEELing it. So what does your "barrel" FEEL like?

anything. If you feel a barrel with anything, it will stay empty, because your just touching it.
unless you mean fill because then its nothing or air.
but you could mean feed, and thats also nothing or air, because barrels don't eat.
