I am seeing this guy I've been hooking up with (just making out) on Friday, at his house, no one will be home, and he vaguely suggested sex. I told him I don't want to go that far yet, especially on a guy I'm just hooking up with. I predict that I will go farther than I have before with a guy (I've only kissed guys), but still I'm kind of nervous. Is it normal to be nervous, or is this feeling trying to tell me something?

Trust your instincts. You do not want to go farther? This is why you are nervous. If you are looking forward to it, excited about it and enjoy it, you will not fell not feel this way.

Then, definitely just say NO - make up some excuse. Your folks are over from far away land, just showed up or you have periods, menstrual cramps etc... Try to avoid the situation.

Being nervous is one thing. Not wanting to do is another. But deep down you do not want to do it. That's what you are saying to yourself. So don't do it.

If you do it just to please him, you will feel bad about yourself later and you will even hate him for that.

Its normal to be nervous. Your wondering if you will be able to handle the situation, if it gets too hot. I say don't put yourself in any situation that you feel can not be controlled by you. Being alone in his house, just kissing, is asking alot from both of you. Remember he has vaguely suggested sex, its on his mind. If you get him all worked up, he will try to go further. The question is can you handle it? A hint that will help. Don't Drink!

You have predicted that you will go farther. That's making you nervous. Being your first time and all. If you think you will and you don't want to, don't put yourself in that situation. I

That feeling is trying to tell you something. Don't go. Suggest that you meet somewhere - go to a movie or out for pizza. My dad always says "Don't do anything with a boy that you wouldn't do If I were in the room with you".

Yes, why are you nervous. If you are not ready for sex, don't be home alone with him because it will be too tempting. This is all new for you so it is normal to be nervous. Maybe you are nervous because you are not ready to go much further.

if you are a virgin, it can be understandable .

If you are not , your nerve system is overacting I guess.
