No, and your new husbands income doesn't figure into it either.

Alimony would stop (if you get it) not child support.

No. In Texas the only way support stops is after the child reaches 18 or 21 if attending college or if the new husband wishes to adopt your child. If that were the case the biological father would have to surrender his rights to the child. Hope this helps.

Child support never stops until the child is 18. 21 in some states if the child still lives at home and is in school.

If you have a court order for the father to pay child support it will not stop just because the mother gets married. Alimony stops, not child support.

Married to who? The father, yes. Child support is for the child and follows a man forever if they dont pay it, to any state, even to Social Security.

Absolutely Not! Your getting married doesn't change the fact he is still the father and as such still is responsible for the well being of his children. Call your Texas child support hot line and they can answer any questions you may have.

no it isnt their child.. so he would need to continue to pay unless designated by the court system.. now i would say spousal support ends.. not child support.

no it doesnt, no matter what state, as far as i know. they wont make a man (your husband) take care of or 'pay' for another mans child
