how long did it take you to get over your ex (real love) and move on???

It took me a while. I had to cut out all the things that reminded me of him. It takes time, but gets easier. I still think about him once in a while, but it doesn't hurt anymore.

Well when you say "real love" what do you mean? because if it was "Real love" then you would still be together right? ummm I would say it takes a good few months to fully get back to normal. It all depends on your state of mind. the best thing to do is do things to distract yourself and hang out with other people. some people take longer then others because they spend months trying to find out what their ex is doing and they keep putting themselves into hurtfull situations. So if you avoid all that its much easier.

It took me a good 5 to 6 months. In between that time I didn't do a whole lot, so I had time to really think about things. Then I got involved in some activities and realized that although the time we spent together was significant, I will not be held down with emotions and just made it in my mind to move on and keep walking tall.

if its real love then my very first love took me a few months to get over but if it wsant serious then a few weeks, everyone is different though so just take your time, go out wit your mates an keep yourself busy
