Yes it can! It happens in 5-10% of women on the pill. It is caused by an increase in a hormone that binds sexual hormones. It is possible that she is taking a dose that is too high for her body weight. Don't feel bad. It may be the pill. you do need to talk to her. She may not even know why she's lost interest. If she can't pinpoint it, suggest, gently, that she talk to her doctor. Sometimes all it takes is a different RX.

i think it depends on the girl and the type of birth control she's using. I used to date a girl who completely lost her sex drive when she went on one kind... but then switched and got it back.

If your lady finds that she's seriously affected by the birth control she's taking - then I would suggest to have to change to a different type.

... although I'm a guy... what do I know right? hahaha

Depends what kind, I tend to think that anything with horomones can make a person's body and mind act differently. Why don't you ask her why she isn't interested as much.....

it clears acne and if your period is wierd it puts in on a normal sceduale and some girls gain weight from it..its all i know.
