Think about what she really likes and what has she been talking about a lot lately. Or if she is a bit quiet about things she wants then see how she feels when you say we should do.. and make a few suggestions. A hotel room with rose petals on the bed, a jacuzzi bathroom and some champagne always works for me.

Go to a Department store pick up a nice lil black dress " Don't get one that has that 25 others on the rack thou." Get something unique but simple, then get some nice black shoes to match. Go to Victoria's secrets and pick up some nice undies. Stop by the flower shop on the way home get 1 rose and lay it all out on the bed for her.
Make reservations to a nice resturaunt that you havent been to but heard about.
You should know her size by now right, if so this is about 2 hours worth of work and it will be worth it.

Jewellery. I was thrilled when my husband unexpectedly bought me a fabulous sparkly ring. It's not hugely valuable, but I just love it, the colour is gorgeous. Think about what sort of thing she likes. Perhaps a brooch for her coat? There's lots of nice silver jewellery, with semi-precious stones not too expensive, but make sure you don't get something boring. Get a really nice card and put something like 'You get more beautiful every day' too.
Personally, I'm not keen on spas or massages, I prefer to get dressed up & be taken somewhere. As for men buying underwear, they always get it wrong; the style, colour, size, and they buy scratchy lace. Better to go with her to the shop & get her to choose, then you pay!

What does she like? Gift certificate to her favorite store and let her get what she wants. Gift certificate to a local spa for relaxation; thats always nice. Dinner and a movie. Check out the sites below; they have nice stuff. Get her something sexy for you and her from Victoria Secret's. They're having their semiannual sale so you cant go wrong with that.

it depends you can get her something or organize something unique that will knock her socks off. a romantic dinner with maybe rose petals in where she has to follow to her destinations to what surprise you will give her and ignore those dickheads they are just jealous because they don't have girlfriends and they have to play with missus Palmer and her five daughters.

Two things:-
(1) Cook dinner for her (something she really likes)
(2) Gift certificate to her favorite store-(IE) Victoria Secret that way you both can get something out of it.

of nice jewelry. I bought my son's girlfriend for xmas a
