Seems like you were not able to voice your opinion...

If Yahoo! Answers absorbs your life so much that you care whether or not your answer was deleted, I think you need to get out more. I've had many of my answers deleted as well, with the addition of points being taken away. But I don't see how that merits me making a stink over it.

Sure, it's not fair. People are entitled to their opinions. But you know what? That's life.

I notice a lot of questions and answers have been deleted over the last few days, some which I could see nothing wrong with at all.

That being said, what was the reason they gave you for the deletion.?

Well, your answer was pretty intolerant, don't you think? Nobody tells you not to practice Christianity. I just try to keep you from imposing your superstitions on the rest of us. As long as this person quietly practices witchcraft to him/herself and doesn't try to tell me I need to respect the wishes of the moon goddess or whatever, I am fine with that. Also, going door to door with pamphlets is right out too.

Your answer may have been interpreted as flaming.

I agree, I see lots of stuff on here that SHOULD be removed.
Not just vulgarity, but tons of STUPIDITY as well. IMO, if a question can be answer with a simple search engine, it should not be taking up space on YA.

I bet you could have quoted the Koran, The Talmud, or any other religious book, but don't quote the Bible, that makes you a hatemonger and a bigot. Didn't you know that? PC America at it's finest.

Although I disagree with what you said in the answer, you shouldn't have been reported. You gave an answer the way you saw fit,and it was not offensive.

Of course it should have been deleted. You were degrading others based on a silly book.

No, not fair.
The truth is not always popular.
I posted a positive question about African Americans on MLK birthday. It told of the many accomplishments of the the African people. It was banned. Why?

Seems unfair. I've heard a lot of complaints from all viewpoints though.
