Of course it's a good enough gift and any man who wants more is a selfish metrosexual f ag anyway. Real men don't eat quiche, and don't need anything but sex and beer.

If you get creative it can be. I had a girlfriend that made me the "ABCs of Sex" for a gift one year. It was a box filled with different sexual acts starting with each letter of the alphabet. (well - she took some liberties with the hard letters) hahaha.
It was a gift that lasted like 2 weeks and was unbelieveable. (and tiring) hahaha
So - get creative and I think "punaynay" can be a fun gift to give.
