As in the Indicative mode, also in the subjunctive exist simple and compound tenses.
Verb mover = move
Preterit First form simple:(si) yo moviera (esta silla)
Preterit second form simple: yo moviese
Preterit first form compound: (si) yo hubiera movido (la cabeza)
Preterit second form compound: yo hubiese movido

As English lacks of subjunctive mode it might seem difficult to use fluently the modes and tenses, but it is not too difficult. Subjunctive tenses are usually preceded by an adverb or relative pronoun.
Al tenses have an academic name. I don't remember them. In the Indicative, they are as follows:

Left simple tenses ---- Right compound tenses

Presente ---- Preterito perfecto
Preterito indefinido ---- Preterito anterior
Preterito imperfecto ---- Preterito pluscuamperfecto
Futuro imperfecto ---- futuro perfecto
