Global.

We in the nothern hemisphere have access to at least primary medical treatment, and our cancers get diagnosed. Not so in third world countries, or small isolated communities. Over there a kid getting leukemia will be thought of having died of 'fever'.

Also, in these places people mainly die of infections, since they have no access to antibiotics and vaccines. As a result, life expectancy is lower, leading to an artificial low incidence of cancer (if you die of malaria, or hunger, you sure can't die of cancer).

There are places where the incidence of SOME cancers is lower, or higher, due to factors like lifestyle, genetics or local contamination. But to blame the incidence of ALL cancers in a given place using only a vague factor like pollution or lifestyle is pure bull****, pardon my french. It relies on no research, and, frankly, helps nobody except those who try to make money from the fear people have of cancer (there are a lot of those).

So please when you see statistics, try to see beyond the numbers that are given. You can make numbers say anything to gullible people.

The final 2 might have been meant as jokes. some human beings have off senses of humor. i've got actually observed this too. i've got have been given 2 broken ft so i'm hobbling around on crutches and that i will often have 3-4 human beings in line with day question me, "What happened to you?". i think of the point is friendly. human beings ought to experience like they stay in a secure sufficient ecosystem that they are able to talk up strangers. I do opt to maintain to myself. besides the undeniable fact that, even mutually as waiting on the bus end human beings experience the urge to strike up a communique (not even being flirty. purely communique for the sake of speaking). I even have travelled by way of Europe and Morocco and that i could actually agree that this openness is a strongly Canadian element. maximum folk do tend to maintain to themselves in different international locations. i think of you're perfect reaction is a well mannered smile. there is fairly no element in asserting, "ideas your guy or woman f-ing business enterprise" in spite of if it fairly is the way you experience. whilst human beings ask why i'm in crutches I purely say, "mafia incident" (with a grin). it fairly is purely a quirk in our way of life. we tend to think of that we are a delightful bunch of human beings. So, making somebody smile is a solid way of exhibiting purely how friendly we are. i've got worked customer service in a retail keep and all day i could have human beings making jokes. Like, if an merchandise would not test appropriate the customer could say, "i assume it fairly is loose!". whilst it fairly is -40C with a snowfall, all and sundry says, "large climate for tanning!". it fairly is better than having all and sundry grouchy.
