replace the cost of the food with a high protein shake. there is one called formula 1 which has 30g of protein in each serving!! the chickens and fish would be well unhappy if they knew. It also contains multivitamins and other nutrients and plenty of minerals. dont think you can get it in the shops though. It works out way cheaper than food and it will give you tons of energy. I get mine from www.myhealthabcmall
just create yourself a username and password and you can have it delivered in around 3 days. Once you get it you'll definitely stick with it. It works out at about 2.50 per meal on the top side, probably nearer 2.15 that includes extra tablets and protein if you get one of the programmes. if you arent sure there is a link to email the owner. good luck mate

In the veggie-meat section of most supermarkets they have 8 oz. packages that look like cooked ground beef...ok for adding to almost anything. They have 96 grams of protien...thats enough for an adults requirements for four days for three dollars and change. Eggs are also a good cheap source of protien. TVP (textured vegetable protien) from the grain section of the health food store requires some preparation and creativity, but it is probably the cheapest source.

Eggs win every time they're super cheap, and cottage cheese -plus turkey is usually cheaper than chicken.

Protein shakes can also work out to be pretty good value -e.g you can get some EAS precision protein for £23.99 which will give you 35 servings of 25g of quality protein, which works out at 68 pence per serving!

beans & rice are meant to be perfect yet eat another vegetables which incorporates lima beans. purchase a bag of them & eat some faster or later then spinach yet another day. in case you do not seem after your health you gained't imagine instantly. I used to eat peanut butter and an apple & stopped faster or later. i wager for a lengthy time period i finished & faster or later went lower back & felt like I were drugged. i imagine i'm allergic to peanuts. So save a diary in case you may to make certain what works for you. you also may have ramen noodles & positioned blended vegetables with it & a splash of tabasco. Peas will be good protein.

Canned tuna in brine water. I know lots of bodybuilders that buy and eat that stuff by the case load. It's packed with protein, low in fat and not too expensive.

Soy is super cheap. Buy it in large blocks at an Asian market.

You can also eat brown rice and beans mixed together.
