I keep rice cakes in my drawer. I'll also bring some yogurt and fruit to snack on if I get hungry or start stressing. We all know females love to eat when we stress. I don't get it. Stress makes us put on weight to begin with and then we eat like a cow to add more weight! So just find something low in calories and sugar that you enjoy and keep a stock pile at work so you have something to munch on! Special K cereal bars, rice cakes, 100% whole wheat crackers, there are any number of things!!

Fruit - either fresh, or no sugar added applesauce (50 calories per 4oz and comes in a variety of flavors). I love clementines when in season, pears, and bananas.

Vegetables - cut celery, carrots, and broccoli. Keep a little bottle of fat free ranch dressing for dipping, or eat them plain. Green giant makes individual frozen veggies in low-fat cheese sauce - about 60 calories if you have access to a freezer and microwave.

Bagels - Thomas' Mini Wheat bagels are 120 calories, but high in fiber. Add a wedge of Laughing Cow Cheese (35 calories), and you have a pretty satisfying snack with actual nutritional value. Popcorn is great too, but be prepared to share, and DON'T be that person who lets the bag burn in the microwave - you will make your coworkers upset.

Read the labels - work the calories into your day, and you can have pretty much anything. Look out for granola bars! Some of them are pretty high in calories, so read the label before buying.

The bigger question is why do you feel guilty? If you worked out more you'd be able to eat whatever you wanted. Of if you ate better meals, you wouldn't need snacks.

Get a little bag of sunflower seeds (still in the shell). If you're not very good at eating them (like me), it will take you a VERY long time to eat them because you need to separate the seed from the shell and spit out the shell.

A little bag has 160 calories and not as much salt as you might think, and it can keep you occupied for hours. It has some fat, but it's mostly unsaturated fat, which is good for your heart.
