can I lose weight on a diet of fresh fruit i am 5ft7 and 14stone i was on steriods and put on 3 stone last year.but want 2 and have 2 lose this

think you need to go and see your doctor to get some good advice to solve this problem.

You may have an ulcer or other stomach problem if you are sick after you eat. The best way to lose weight is regular exercise, CARDIO, Drink lots of water, and eat healthy foods.. lots of greens, some fruit, and fish. Keeping in mind portion control. It is better to eat more small meals, than to eat less large meals. Only eat a minimal amount of carbohydrates.

i felt sick after i ate and was diagnosed with gall stones, if you have these you feel sick especially if you eat anything with fat content ,and may explain why not feeling sick with fruit, fruit is good on a diet but you would probably need other low fat foods has well for a healthy diet,has your body still needs proteins etc.

go for fruits if it lose ur weight, and get a calorie chart fo the fruits...
