I would like to give you my valuable advise (Up to My knowledge)for your favour !
Method - 1. (If you are sound in financial condition!)
Like our famous pop star, Mr. Michael Jackson., go for skin surgeries, speciality available in US & UK only.
-----This is very expensive.
Method - 2 ( cheaper one )
Like other buddies suggested you, go with any of OIL PAINTS ( be cautious about ingredients for the sake of ur skin)
for better shining, you can go with ALUMINIUM paints
Method - 3 (Cheapest one)
If you can't effort any one of above , the cheapest way is go with "WHITE LIME" (nothing but SUNNA)
UNCONVENTIONAL METHODS:
1.By inviting skin deseases
2. Burning of you face in fire, after cured u may look very whity
( Shape of ur face may get changes)
IMPORTATNT NOTE:
The methods can be used by one, who is not in the part of earth or any other planets
Must choose any one of methods is strogly recommended
