There are many sources to buy gelatin in sachets, including local supermarkets.
If you don't see it, ask for it.
Short of that, the internet is your best friend. You may order gelatin in sachets.

I'm pretty sue you can pick them up in any supermarket Tesco's, Sainsbury's, Waitrose's Asda, or Morrison's
