I boil a dozen eggs a week so I consistently have one attainable and each morning I make a chunk of toast and slice up a boiled egg to pt on good. I slice the egg on an identical time as the toast is in the toaster. considering i've got been eating this for breakfast (the final couple months) I look to have so plenty greater skill and look to stay finished longer. i assume in case you necessary greater energy you need to double it or upload some fruit.

usually i will go to the store on sunday to get meals for the week.. and i get the drinkable yogurt for the road to work.. if i have time,, i will make a quick egg and get the pre cooked bacon.. to make a sandwich.. to get me the protein i need in the morning.. seems im more productive throughout the day if i eat something like that.. but hey.. we all have the days where we are rushed.. so as i said before i will take one of those drinkable yogurts.. it is filling.. and helps me when i cant spend the ten minutes to make breakfast.. im always in a hurry in the morning..
