I like mine with a kiss!

Seriously, like the Home fries oven chips, they taste great, but I can cook them in the oven (I won't dare deep fry anything, too big a risk!)

Best are chippy chips of course! But then I'm not fussy. I like the soggy chips you get if you make them yourself at home, and the crisper more baked oven chips. French fries or steak cut I'll eat 'em all. Not too fussed over condiments either. I like them with ketchup OR mayo OR salt and vinegar. Not brown sauce though.

i like to bake them.. its healthier and you can do more to it.. as it holds flavor better than soaking it in oil.. then adding the flavor to the oily surface..
now dont get me wrong.. i loves me some deep fried french fries.. but it is once in a blue moon..
i cut up the potatoes and maybe some garlic salt.. or season salt.. toss with very small amount of veg oil.. and put in oven.. much better than soaking them..

Chip shop chips. soft and greasy.

Oven chips are dry and deep frying chips at home makes my house and hair smell of fat.

Deep fried with cheese on top and garlic mayonaise on the side. Or the kitchen porter special as we called it when I worked in the resteraunt.
