I really want to order some proactive because I have ance on my cheeks only!!!! So I was wondering if there anybody out there that have used the product and was happy with the result can you please give some feedback....And also is it really worth buying or should I just go into the dermotolgist office and get some cream..I see people always talking about how it really works on tv and no one around me never took it so I can't ask them and I don't want to hear from some paid actor sayin how it really works.

I tried it, and it worked for me. The only problem I had is that my cheeks can get red and ruddy, and the astringent made the condition a little worse.
The thing I don't like about Proactiv is that they won't let you buy it as a one-time shot; you've got to commit to regular shipping and automatic payments. You might try a drug-store knock-off before deciding to take the plunge. Good luck!

I love proactiv!! I use it every time I wash my face, and the bottle lasts me around 4-5 months. The product is supposed to last about 2 months only but I guess I don't use as much as what is normal.. although I put it on my whole face.
I have been using it for over 3 years now and my skin is fine now but when I first started my skin got a bit too dry but that was temporary.
now, I do not use the whole system. I always just go on Ebay and buy only the Repairing Lotion. I just use my own face soap that I like and then use the Proactiv Repairing Lotion afterwards.
if you do decide to purchase proactiv from Ebay (where you can find cheaper prices most of the time), make sure you check to see what the expiration date is for the products. Since it lasts longer than 2 months (which one bottle of it is usually a 2 month supply but I guess I use less of it than normal) for me, I always make sure its a fresh bottle that has at least a year of "life" left in it.
incidentally, though, my sister tried it but it didn't work for her. She is currently on Amnesteen and mild steroids.

I have had problems with my skin since I was a teenager. I tried proactive and it worked within a week and as long as I use it am and pm I have very little breakout. I swear by it. Try it and see it's much better for me than what the dermatologist has prescribed.

I tried using proactive. It didn't really work for me. It took a couple of months before I started seeing results. The astringent dried my face out for one. I did find this acne peel by Acne Free. It works really well for me. Just click the link below for more info.

i personally went/ am going to a dermatoligist. (can't spell) and i'm on this really powerful stuff that really works. before i went i wanted that stuff too, but my mom said no. so i would go to a dermatoligist. if it was me.
i had the worst acne in my grade and it sucked and the stuff i'm on really works i have only like 10-15 left on my face and you can barely notice them. i'm extremely happy with my results.
but my friends older brother used proactive and he got results but he said that it takes like a month or 2 before it really starts to work.
GOOD LUCK!

i use pro-active... it is a remarkable product, works 100%, you cant use it with sensative skin though. it will kill it right away, most people think they need it, but you really need to wash your face every day. use a lot of moisturiser. i used to use clean n clear but it dried out my face... pro-active is the best

Yes! Had a good friend who swears by it. Afraid to go one day without it, though, had to bring it on every overnight trip, etc.
But yes, this is good stuff!
Good luck!
