I am trying (unsuccessfully) to find a qualified DBT practitioner . I am in Western Australia . Can anyone help ?

This is not for me, and I really didn't want to discuss the pros and cons of DBT, just trying to locate a therapist in our area. Thank you anyway!

I recently contacted this organization to ask if DBT is available outside of the US...here is the response, along with a website and address that may be able to help you.

DBT is being implemented outside of the US. We have trained teams in Europe, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, and from South America.

dbt is a waste of time and money,

here it is for you,, stand up straight and put on a fake smile all day, try to pay attention to little things like the leaves and the grass to curve your depression, keep doing this and eventually it will cure you,,until your sick of doing it and then you will be depressed again,, it only works temporarily,,,nobody cn think about putting on a fke smile 24 7 thats more nerve racking then the depression itself
