Talk to some vets or pet resorts in your area. Speak directly with the owner or head supervisor and recommend your services. Give them as much information and background that you can.

Also talk to apartment buildings that allow pets. Inform them of your services also.

Consider flyers, posting in the paper, and putting them on car windsheilds.

I had started a pet sitting business years ago and put flyers under window wipers. I got about 15 leads in about 2 weeks. Do a great job and they start recommending you to thier friends.
