The people I've known that have done it don't ever seem to actually lose weight. They seem to maintain where they are at which is usually overweight. They make you go in and weigh in in front of other's (which I do not agree with).
They have classes that say the same SH!T you can read on-line. Do yourself a favor and little by little lower the intake of calories you are consuming. Drink more water and exercise. Again I say little by little. You don't have to do it overnight. You have the rest of your life.
One word of advice. Buy you something your comfortable exercising in like really baggy sweats and sweatshirts. Tight clothes can be discouragin unless your a bodybuilder and have been going at it for years!

weight watchers really works! but results vary from person to person
I lost 20 pounds in 4 months. Cut back on sugar, and sweetners
(because equal, splenda and sweet and low are just as bad)
I cut out soda, caffeeine, and followed the plan. You eat mostly
all normal foods, just cutting back on the portions and drinking
more water. I also ate fruit and popcorn as a snack all the time
2 good books I recommend highy, Fat Flush Plan and Get
the sugar out- those 2 books are awesome! Good luck

Yes it works!!!!! There are 2 plans the Flex plan is a point system and the Core plan. I find the Flex plan to be the easiest.
You don't buy their food, they are Smart Ones that you get at the supermarket IF you want to. Check out the plans at Weight Watchers.com. You DO NOT have to go to meetings. You can join online. Right now you can check it out Free for 7 days. So you have nothing to loose, you can try before you buy, so to speak and get all your information before you decide to join. (Basically you will be eating a lot of what you eat now just less of it.------They have great recipes too.) They also have exercise tips and videos. TRY IT

it does work and the food is actually good. It puts you on a point system and you are allowed a certain number of points per day depending on how much you want to lose.
