one of the hard things about acne is that there's so many products to try. i've probably tried like 20 different products, until i settled on a product called beautiful skin. it's a whole regimen that, in my opinion, works better than proactiv.

No guaranteed way but drinking plenty of water will help you maintain a clearer complexion.

Daily washing with a suitable cleanser is essential.

Don't pick/scratch spots - they will just become inflamed and look worse.

If you feel you have a problem with acne see a doctor who can prescribe treatments for it.

DRINK LOTS OF WATER... I HAVE FOUND THAT THE WATER FLUSHES OUT YOUR PORES WHICH PREVENTS IT FROM GETTING CLOGGED UP WITH BACTERIA.. ALSO PROACTIV WORKS REALLY GOOD FOR ANY ACNE YOU MAY HAVE AND PREVENTS NEW ONES FROM FORMING...

Ive heard its caused by natural chemicals, so apart from stuff you can only get from a doctor-try a good diet, face cleansing (gentle steaming, good face wash, etc) its tough...
The main thing is that it will go!
