About two months ago I got hit with a chair in the face. I landed in the emergency room. My face has been healing though there is one concern that I have.
Ever since I got hit one of my two upper front teeth is numb. The tooth is not discoloring or wobbling. It looks just fine but it is still numb. Will I be losing this tooth (that would suck.) Does the numbness just show nerve damage though the blood supply to the tooth is keeping it alive? Will it regain feeling?

If it was still numb 2 weeks after getting hit with the chair, I'd say to hold out for a while and let things heal. Since it's been 2 months, it's time to visit the dentist with the expectation that you will need the nerve removed from this tooth. You REALLY want to do it as soon as you know it is required to avoid the tooth darkening.

Did you see your dentist after the blow to your face? The inside of the tooth is full of blood vessels and like any part of your body it can get bruised. But unlike your arm, say, the tooth has no give and the swelling from the bruise will eventually crush the nerve and kill it. If this happens the nerve will die and you will need endodontic treatment (ir root canal) Don't panic!!! These days endo's are virtually pain free (may be sore after 1st visit) and you will be able to keep the tooth. Go see you dentist and have them take an x-ray, then they will be able to give you a full prognosis. If you have insurance, see if the have "accidental dental" this usually coveres 100% of the expenses reguardless of your reg dental coverage.

You need to see a dentist. It's not the tooth that is numb it's the gums. It may be infected.
