I have heard that guys that arent circumsized are bigger than guys that are. Is this true?

Absolutely not. Every male born is born with a foreskin and removing it does not decrease the size of the penis. The foreskin is the covering of the glans or head of the penis. Some men have longer foreskins then others and it may appear larger but the size of the penis itself is not affected.

No hon, that has nothing to do with size, it is more of a cultural issue. It has nothing to do with how big or small a guy's unit will be when he grow up, that is genetic.
