Two ways of referring to what is essentially the same deity.
Christians believe Jesus was the son of God and therefore as good as a god Himself (also the term God is only used as it's believed to be blasphemous to refer to Him by name). Muslims believe that Jesus was no more than a prophet and that no true deity would reduce themselves to having to carry out normal human daily functions.
Either way they're different ways of describing the same thing.

They are one and the same.
Both refer to the supreme deity, the creator of all that is.
Most religions over the mellenia have had their own version of this supreme creator god; Zeus to the Greeks, Osiris to the Egyptians, etc.
So the answer to your question, I suppose, is whichever name you prefer, you are talking about the same being no matter which you use.
