Depending on what is causing the pain depends on how you stop the pain, for general pain ie headaches try taking any of the over counter pain relief,anything else try asking again but with a little bit more information.

Dont know what kind of pain but if you alternate 2 different types of pain killers such as paracetamol & ibuprofen & take at 2-3 hr intervals its supposed to work very well. Ask your pharmacists advice when you are in buying the painkillers

We need more information. Go to the doctor if you are in pain. They will ask the right questions. There are doctors who specialize in Pain Management.

What pain? Where? Pain is not normal. it's your bodys way of telling you that something is wrong. Call your doctor. If the pain is unbearable, call 911 or go to ER.

Try relaxation exercises and do not think about the pain. The more you dwell on it the worse it becomes. Think pleasant things and hopefully it will subside.
