I have a breathing disorder, and I am not able to excert myself.

You have to reduce your caloric intake deeply. Eat small amounts several times a day to stimulate your metabolism.

Ask your doctor to refer you to physical therapy, they can come up with small non excertive excercises you can do. They are used to tapering it to whatever your illness is.

My husbands breathing is deeply inhibited by a nueromuscular disease that effects his lungs. When he first became seriously ill the doctor sent him to physical therapy for little excercises he could that didn't put a physical strain on him.

What kind of breathing disorder is it actually? I have asthma and I work out all the time.

this is a problem - but u will just have to try and eat a little less - and make sure its healthy stuff - veggies, salads and fruits are best!
go to your doctor and ask his help and he will probably send you to see a dietitian.
