1) 1/2 a gallon of water per day. Please do try to drink about 2 pints of water first thing in the morning even before you brush your teeth ( Naturopathy has proved that the saliva which has been there for a while in the mouth has a lot of medicinal and healing properties)
2) Minimum 45 minutes of cardio every single day, you may do elliptical, treadmill or precor at a gym. Yoga and stretching exercises with deep breathing for about 10 minutes every day first thing after drinking water in the morning.
3) Try to control portion size at each meal. Chew longer and eat leisurely, do not hurry.
4) If you crave for something, go ahead and eat it but please try to stop it at one..say one cookie, 2 or 4 chips or something but do limit yourself to a small number.

The FASTEST way is surgery where the fat is actually cut off or suctioned off the body. Surgery is not usually recommended but you DID say "fastest."
The BEST way, however, is through diet and exercise.

Get your teeth pulled...LOL Really, I just got dentures and I am dropping weight like you wouldn't believe! I needed to get them due to medical reasons. I am going on 32 years old....
Truly, you can try eaeting more meals throughout the day rather than 3 big ones. It helps....also, cut out soda (sugar) that is a BIG help with weight issues.

there really isn't a way to get rid of weight fast. It's just changing your eating habits and making it a lifestyle change to keep it off. If you do get rid of weight fast it is only water weight.

Sorry...eat less and exercise more! Eat more chicken and fish, and green vegetables. Cut out most fats and sugar, definitely cut out soft drinks.

drink a lot of water. eat fruit like grapefruit and watermelon. eat small amounts of bread. eat green vegetables. run or aerobics. do a lot of cardio workout. 3 times a week
