is there any organisation who volunteers and acts for clean streets etc?

1) Try to get some volunteers together if there isn't a group yet!
2) See if the town will put up some posters, preferably humorous ones... people will listen easier when it's brought with a smile than when they feel their mom is nagging them, then they may even make a mess to agitate.
3) Keep it up! There'll always be some people who don't care & some people who'll pick up after themselves even in the middle of a warzone, but in general people are more likely to keep a clean place clean, and if it's all littered already it'll make them more careless.

there is no organisation eho volunteers for such things. u should try to make n organisation volunteering to keep the streets clean from littering. should fine the persons doing the deed n should make them clean the litter.

such volunteer organisations do exist ; but not everywhere.
you can initiate by contacting and convincing neighbours first , then streets and blocks / wards etc., and finally whole colony.
if you succeed ; others will follow you ; leading to a clean city , finally.

What you may do to help is be professional-energetic and in no way persist with the examples a lot, of others. meaning, bypass out and %. up trash on your own time, use the recent eco mild bulbs at your position of abode and inspire others to attain this, attempt now to not adjust your motor vehicle oil previously 3000 miles or use a protracted lasting oil on your motor vehicle.
