The biggest threat to Islam is without a doubt the teachings of the true "Prophet of Peace" Jesus Christ. Islamic leaders go to extraordinary means to hide the Gospel of Jesus from Muslims.
Allah confirmed the Torah (Taurat) and Christian Gospel (Injeel) (Sura 2:87, 5:46, 5:68, 29:46 and 43:63). So, if the Torah and Gospel are correct, all the errors in the Qur'an shown below make the Qur'an false.
Islam says that Jesus did not die. So, again --Islam has proven to be false; because Muhammad claimed the Gospel is true, and all 4 Gospels (Injil) testify that Jesus died and rose from the dead.
History conflicts with the Qu’ran:
Annals" written by Roman historian Tacitus, in Book XV, Chapter 44 we read "Christus, the founder of the name, was put to death by Pontius Pilate
Roman Historian Seutonius wrote in his work "Life of the Emperor Claudius" the following about Christians: "and deny the gods of Greece, and worship the crucified sage, and live after his laws

Antiquities of the Jews, 93 by Flavius Josephus contain a passage known as the Testimonium Flavianum stating: "[Jesus] appeared to [the disciples] alive again the third day; as the divine prophets had foretold."
Julius Africanus, quoting Thallus another Roman historian, who wrote in about 52 A.D. about the miraculas happenings the day the Son of God was killed. He wrote: "On the whole world there pressed a most fearful darkness; and the rocks were rent by an earthquake, and many places in Judea and other districts were thrown down"
The Quran teaches outright that Allah is capable of lying and deceiving people. In fact, one of the titles which the Quran ascribes to Allah is khayru al-makireen, that Allah is "the best deceiver/schemer/conniver" (cf. S. 3:54; 8:30).
Because you misled me (aghwaytanee), and I shall mislead (walaoghwiyannahum) them all. S. 15:39
Is this the God you trust that will honor his word by giving you everlasting happiness?

Problem is the Koran says that Christians are brothers in one verse, and in another that they are infidels and to kill them.. The Quran actually not only self contrdicts the bible, but it also self contradicts itself..
In revelation it is said whoever adds to the book will go to hellfire.
18I warn everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds anything to them, God will add to him the plagues described in this book. 19And if anyone takes words away from this book of prophecy, God will take away from him his share in the tree of life and in the holy city, which are described in this book. Rev- 22:18
According to the bibles requirments, Mohammed is a false prophet. And the fruits of Islam should prove that(violence, rape, murder, beheadings, terrorism, etc)

You know many children of Fundamentalists run away like that, whether it is Muslim or Christian Fundamentalists. Some children just cannot be boxed in like that day after day, year after year, and they finally snap and want freedom. Even if this is not what YOU feel you did to her, it is what SHE felt you did to her. So that is the situation. Unfortunately your daughter went the wrong way to find this freedom. If she had just left by moving to go to University and get a good career and find freedom that way, it would have been much better. But this looks like only more of the same prison to children who have already been raised in a box, they feel. Your daughter feels the same and you can see this from what she said "She is never coming home again." Her computer was her only link to what she felt was her freedom and then this was taken away. This is also why children of Fundamentalist Christian preachers end up going "wild" and rebelling. They were not allowed to participate in life and society outside their own community. I am sorry for your situation and for your pain and also for the pain your daughter has felt that caused her to look for escape. I hope that your daughter is going to be ok and NOT harmed by those she has gone to. I hope that she finds a good life, and good people and will eventually come back to your family as a happy fulfilled person. Also remember that as a 19 year old she has not really "run away" from home, because she is an legally an adult. So it is time to let her go and just hope that she is going to be safe and cared for and will find her way in the world successfully. P.S. The kind of crap Spiderman (one of your answerers) wrote about women is more than likely at least part of the reason your daughter left. Anyone who would stay in a religion that believes that kind of nonsense about women is a twisted sick person indeed.

In the name of Allah, the Gracious, the Merciful.
Surely, those who believe and the Jews and the Christians and the Sabians - whichever party from among these truly believes in Allah and the Last Day and does good deeds, shall have their reward with their Lord, and no fear shall come upon them, nor shall they grieve.
Say ye, 'We believe in Allah and what has been revealed to us, and what was revealed to Abraham and Ishmael, and Isaac, and Jacob and his children, and what was given to Moses and Jesus, and what was given to all other Prophets from their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them; and to Him we submit ourselves.'

Interesting that you quote the bible when even the bible contradicts itself. Not to mention all the "Heretical" books that were left out of the bible at the council of Nicea. For example, did you know that Jesus was a reincarnationist? Or that Judas was his most trusted disciple, and was commanded to betray him?
Please folks, start reading these books, from all the different religions, for the message they spread, of peace and love and tolerance, and stop griping over the details!

It's too late for most Muslims.
But all other normal, rational infidels should stay away from Islam.

The teachings of Jesus are a threat to nobody. The Bible is as much a work of fiction as any other holy book.

Sorry--too long to read. Short, concise questions are better to answer.
But, I will say that Islam makes alot more sense than Christianity. They should stay away from Christianity. I am not a Christian or a Muslim, so I can try to be objective.

To expect Muslims to stay away from Islam is like expecting flies to stay away from stink. A Muslim is a Muslim because of Islam. A fly is a fly because of stink, the place where it lays its larva.
