Certified mail?

Hello,

I have a letter to send to a telephone operator and I would like to know if in England you usually send certified mail to make sure the addressee receive it.

People at call centers usually don't receive mail, but you would send the certified letter the same way you would any other.

telephone operaters do not recive personal mail you can send the letter directly to the company and they will record the letter on your account!!

Make the envelope attention to the person you are trying to contact.
