Yes, very healthy breakfast. Make your oatmeal with water, and top off with fat free milk. Whole fruits are always the best way to go. They give you the most nutrients, no preservatives, and no added sugar or sodium. I'd replace the OJ with an orange, and add a glass (1 cup) of fat free milk. Again, using fresh peaches that you've cut up yourself will be better for you. If that's not an option, look for peaches with no added sugar, or in lite syrup.

This seems like a larger breakfast than you might need to feed your hunger. Eat the first 3 items (slowly), and wait 15 minutes before eating the cottage cheese. If you're still hungry, go ahead an eat it. Also, make sure you're drinking water throughout the day. It will keep you hydrated and your metabolism running smoothly. Besides, you will only have true hunger cravings if you're properly hydrated.

Yes!!! what ever you do - do not stop breakfast - it is the worst thing you can do because when you finally have something to eat, you end up eating more as you have starved your body.
I think if you have 1 of those things with orange juice (or even a smoothie) will let you lose more weight becuase all of them together sounds like a HUGE breakfast!!!

Sounds good. Except that it is enough for two meals. Save the peaches and cottage cheese for lunch.

yes, but if i were you, i'd make the oatmeal with skim milk and add the peaches to it. cut out the cottage cheese - you're already getting protein from the eggs.

That is very healthy breakfast. Oranje juice is good for you. The eggs are a good source of protein. The fruit is always good, and the oatmeal is a good source of carbs.

Oh yeah...even if you were not trying to loose weight that would be a great breakfast. I'm sure it tasted good too.

Yes, it does.

Make sure you don't overdo the OJ... 4 oz. is all you need to meet your Vit. C needs.... and make sure the peaches are unsweeteened, in water or fruit juice, not syrup.
