Our late dog was neglected at an irresponsible pet clinic,as a result,it passed away during wee hours and no staffs were around to monitor her condition. While the signboard outside wrote 24 HRS in huge lettering. We were informed only in the morning at about 9am when they opened their shop and found our dog to be dead.We wrote to AVA twice to investigate our case, but the result was disappointing and their investigation results were biased and claimed to be untrue, leading us to be disappointed in seeking their help anymore.Whats even better was that the clinic later took down the old signboard and change them to a small lettering of 24HR.We have not gotten over the grieve of our late dog and what we really wanted was only just a proper apology. After this incident,it made us realised that such people existed, they couldn't care much for the welfare of dog.Remember,be it canine or human,a life is a life.

I didn't support when they accused Siddle for ball tampering. It was very unnecessary and didn't have enough proof. And i was right there. It was declined. But I surely support SL's decision to complain on this one. Clearly there was something fishy and strange. Not just Sri Lankans but Australia commentators themselves were shocked when the match was called off. Seems like either ground staff has done some serious errors or the umpires made a very bad call so as the match referee. 30 minute drizzle should not stop a match. There was enough time left to have at least another 20 overs. Calling off the match was more favorable decision for Australia than SL. Both teams suffered yes but it cost SL bit more than Australia. After doing every thing right by restricting Australia for 220 and being 14/0 in 3:2 over SL had the best chance to win (even better chance if the target was reversed).SL batting was more stronger as Chandimal was in. Even if we forget about which team had the best chance to win, whatever happened yesterday was very controversial. Terrible umpiring and terrible work by ground staff apparently. The complaint would make no difference to the result of the series though This match will still be a draw. Any way i support the complaint and hope ICC investigate on what happened and make sure such thing never happens again.

If the AVA has closed the case perhaps the Better Business Bureau would look at it from a business perspective. I'm sorry for your loss. Many vet clinics do not provide 24 hour monitoring. If this one does advertise it then they were in the wrong in your case.

The Humane society,SPCA, DA office, the board of veterinary licensing. Go for the vets right to practice have his office/practice investigated for cruelty to animals, false claims about staff on duty around the clock. i am sure you paid for that do not let this happen to some ones other loved family member. Good luck and so,so,so, sorry for your loss of your loved one!
