I Like Clean N Clear Blackhead Clearing scrub, its in a blue upside down type bottle and has blue microbeads in it, but for it to be effective you would have to have someone scrub your back for you while your in the shower, maybe your mom or a boyfriend, it seems to help me with all my acne, and dont feel bad, i get them on my back too, but mostly my upper arms and face, i know how self-conciuous it can make someone

My son is a teenager and had that problem and ProActiv worked like a charm. I don't know if you have tried it yet but it is money well spent. How about prednesone? If you've tried proactiv, then ask your dermatologist about prednesone. (It is a steroid though) I've known people that took it for skin conditions and it works. Good luck.

If the acne is really bad you may want to see about antibiotics to help get the staph bacteria that is causing it under control.

Dont eat non veg or hot things eat only cool & light things , take ur bath with cold water 3or4 times a day 15min & don't use oily things on ur body .USE "ALOEVERA" juice on the acne area . try this & anser me

make sure to wash and rinse your back completely, put otc acne med on your back daily, that should dry the acne up.

it's just hormones. it will clear up with time. u can use quinoderm cream every night or isotrexin. but give urself some time. i had that and now my back is clean!

You might be allergic to someting - could be your detergent...try using something like dreft ( for baby clothes) or one of those "free" detergents (no scent, etc.)
